FACTS. - Tel Tech sold and installed washing equipment inside the tank of a milk truck. Conger was on top of the tank connecting
the washers to a hose when he fell and was injured. No equipment atop the tank protected against falls. PROCEEDINGS. - Conger sued Tel Tech and others. The district court directed a verdict against Conger on strict product liability,
and the jury found no negligence. Conger appealed.
